LucidVo (“we”) restores customer-uploaded digital video. This short notice covers waitlist contacts and future production processing.

What we collect

• Waitlist: name, email, ICP category, optional project notes, and your rights attestation.
• Orders (when live): upload metadata, payment status, and deliverable links.
• Technical logs needed to operate Cloudflare Pages / Functions (IP, user agent) under standard hosting practice.

How we use it

• To run private beta / waitlist outreach (organic only — no sale of lists, no paid ads implied by this notice).
• To perform restoration work you request and to communicate delivery status.
• To enforce rights / anti-piracy Acceptable Use (refuse unauthorized commercial rips).

Retention — 14-day delete after delivery

Once production jobs are live, source uploads and restored deliverables are deleted 14 days after delivery, unless a longer hold is required by a payment dispute or lawful request. Waitlist contact records may be kept until you ask to be removed or the beta ends.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Processors may include Cloudflare (hosting), card payment processors when checkout is enabled, and on-chain settlement networks if you choose USDC on Base when that option is live. Payment details for your order arrive with your private beta invite, not on marketing pages.
