Can you restore old low-res video that isn’t VHS?
Yes. LucidVo is not a VHS-only shop. We restore any low-resolution or degraded long-form digital video — digitized tapes, camcorder dumps, lectures, crushed web encodes, and licensed archival footage.
Does AI video restoration include audio?
Yes. Every SKU includes picture and sound. Dialog clarity, denoise, and leveling are part of the default pipeline — not an add-on.
Can you upscale documentary archival footage?
Yes. Filmmakers use LucidVo to clean and upscale hour-scale archival before it lands in a timeline. Memory ($119 / 60 min HD) and Family ($299 / 180 min) are the usual fits. Rights required.
Can you clean a true crime archival clip for YouTube?
Yes — for rights-cleared archival, news, or CCTV-style clips. Clip ($29 / 10 min) suits Shorts and segments; Memory covers longer packages. Pirated theatrical or TV rips are refused.
Is LucidVo a subscription?

What rights do I need?
You must own the footage or have a license to have it restored. Family home video, licensed documentary archival, and creator-owned clips are welcome. Hollywood piracy / commercial rips are not.
How long do you keep my files?
We delete source uploads and deliverables 14 days after delivery. See Privacy for details.
