By joining the LucidVo waitlist or (when enabled) purchasing a restoration SKU, you agree to these terms.

Service

LucidVo is a done-for-you restoration service for low-resolution or degraded long-form digital video, delivering improved picture and sound. It is not consumer editing software, not a physical tape-pickup service at MVP, and not a subscription.

Rights & anti-piracy (required)

You represent that you own the footage or have a license to have it restored. Licensed archival for documentaries, education, indie, and creator-storytellers is welcome when rights are clear.

Prohibited: uploading pirated theatrical or TV rips, stolen commercial film/TV, or other content you are not authorized to process. We may refuse or delete jobs that appear to violate this Acceptable Use without refund when abuse is clear.

Checkout and waitlist flows require an affirmative checkbox with substantially this language: “I own this footage or have a license to have it restored.”

Audio is included on every tier. During private beta, orders run through the waitlist. When checkout is enabled for your invite, cards at checkout and USDC on Base may be offered. Payment options arrive with your invite.

Delivery & retention

Turnaround estimates will be stated per order when production opens. Source and deliverable files are deleted 14 days after delivery (see Privacy). Download promptly.

Restoration improves watchability; it does not guarantee forensic-grade recovery or perfect reconstruction of missing information. Results vary with source quality.
